1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Chronos AI platform or utilizing our AI-powered game bots and simulation tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Software License & Usage

Chronos AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate our AI technology into your software products. This license is strictly contingent upon:

  • Adherence to our API rate limits and integration guidelines.
  • Prohibition of reverse-engineering our proprietary historical simulation algorithms.
  • Ensuring that AI bot behavior complies with fair-play standards in competitive gaming environments.

3. Data and Simulation Integrity

Our historical simulation AI processes vast datasets to provide realistic strategic outcomes. While Chronos AI strives for 99.9% accuracy in algorithmic precision, users acknowledge that simulation outcomes are generated through probabilistic models and are provided "as is."

Notice: All simulation data provided by Chronos AI remains the intellectual property of Chronos AI, while user-generated scenarios remain the property of the creator subject to a usage grant for model training.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ireland and the United Kingdom, Chronos AI (L8141, UK) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our AI game development tools, including but not limited to loss of player engagement or game server downtime.
